Team Admin Flow

By default, External Calendar support is disabled on a team level. Before the team level setting for External Calendars support is enabled, only the following users can access the feature:

  • Users with the Admin role
  • Users with the Manage General and Branding Settings permission granted to a custom role

The only way we currently support for adding test users before an integration rollout is to temporarily provide a user with the custom role that has the necessary permission.

Once a user has connected to External Calendar you can safely revert their role back to original and the feature will continue to function normally for them.
