Introduction

Important: This endpoint is not suitable for time-sensitive jobs and is designed for completing one job at a time. Please be aware that your team shares a bulk job queue time and using this endpoint for time-sensitive jobs may cause a delay or error for your team members using this endpoint.

When the job does not meet the criteria above, we recommend using the proper single endpoint for time-sensitive jobs or those that require immediate attention.

Bulk jobs allow the users to access and alter their data asynchronously and in large quantities. While the calls to the bulk_jobs endpoint will incur standard rate limiting, once execution has begun no additional rate limits will be applied to the bulk operation.

While there is no limit on the total number of bulk jobs per tenant, in order to insure availability of the service to each customer, only a single bulk job is processed at a time per tenant. Once the current job has completed processing, the next job for a tenant will begin.

In order to ensure proactive compliance with privacy policies, Salesloft will delete the row by row results from the bulk jobs 30 days after their creation. The counts on the bulk job will remain, but the job data will no longer be available.
