Archive cadences in bulk

/v2/cadence_bulk_archives

Archives up to 100 cadences in the background. Cadences that are not visible to the current user are ignored. When all is true, cadences owned by inactive users are also ignored. The response lists the IDs of the cadences that were submitted for archiving.

Visible cadences that cannot be archived in their current state, such as drafts when cadence approval is disabled, are not submitted and are listed in skipped_cadence_ids.

When remove_all_people is true, all people are removed from the cadences as part of the archival. Removing people from team cadences requires the "Run team cadences" permission.
